A monthly session to move, breathe, reflect and reconnect
Nourish Sundays is a monthly one-hour guided session designed to help you feel more grounded, energised and intentional in how you live.
Most people either work on their body or their mindset. This brings the two together, with real-life reflection and accountability.
In a world that can often feel busy, noisy and sometimes uncertain, this is a simple space to step out of it all, reset and reconnect with what matters.
What to expect:
• Functional movement — build strength, mobility and resilience for everyday life
• Breathwork — regulate your nervous system and feel more calm, focused and present
• Reflection & intentions — step out of autopilot and set clear direction for the month ahead
• Community & conversation — connect with others and feel more grounded and supported in how you move forward
You are welcome to join us after the session for a social get together.
Our aim is to bring people together once a month; a simple way to reconnect, re-energise and create some mutual accountability as we move forward through the year.
