Isabel’s Birthday Sunset Sound Bath Monday 28th July | SoBo Beach | £22

This peaceful gathering is held in honour of Isabel’s 11th Heavenly birthday on 4th August. While we’ll meet a week early, the intention remains the same — to come together in love, remembrance, and healing beneath the summer sky.

Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and connection, guided by Lou Phillips of True Flow. As the sun sets, you’ll be immersed in the gentle, vibrational frequencies of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments, designed to soothe the nervous system, calm the mind, and restore emotional balance.

🧘‍♀️ Arrive from 7:30pm to find your space and settle in. The sound bath will begin at 8:00pm as the sky softens into twilight.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow — anything you need to feel warm, grounded, and comfortable. We’ll be on the beach, so layers and an extra wrap are recommended.

All proceeds go to The Isabel Baker Foundation, supporting families of children with cancer throughout the UK.
